I am a dynamic market researcher specialising in consumer insights and behaviour in the FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) industry. I handle accounts of global FMCG companies and consult them on brand strategies, product choices and consumer trends to help reach their business goals. I also conduct quantitative and qualitative research on brand health, usage & attitudes, and product & concept tests.
My creative outlet is writing. As a side hustle, I copywrite for small business that often rely on strategic marketing for growth. Whether it is to inspire or entertain, my goal is to create value through writing.
Born and raised in Malaysia and currently based in Kuala Lumpur, I graduated from Monash University with a bachelor's degree in Communications and Media Studies, specialising in Global studies and minoring in journalism. I am sociable and open-minded; I thrive in a creative-driven environment. I dedicate my work to uncovering perspectives to bring innovative strategic vision and value to industries.
